Corrupt bureaucrats often funnel money through NGOs in an attempt to hide their tracks. However, when you know the playbook it is easy to reverse engineer the movement of funds and bring it to light.

As we conduct our investigations we will present our findings to the office of the United States Attorney General for further investigation and criminal referral. We will also post our findings on this website so the public can see just how deep the corruption goes.

New California State has been conducting its own investigations for years and recently created our state equivalent of the Department of Government Efficiency.
Similar to the Federal Department of Government Efficiency NCS DOGE will conduct special investigations into State of California Agencies and NGOs to root out corruption, fraud, elections and misuse of funds.
We will be posting our findings for the public to see and ensure that those currently in public service are brought to justice for their dereliction of duty and violation of oath of office. Check back regularly for updates.

The State of New California is in the process of achieving statehood with the intent of restoring a republican form of government to our great state. The existing State of California has proven they no longer believe in nor follow the 1849 Compact Constitution. California State abandoned their own 1849 Compact Constitution with an adopted 1879 set of corporate bylaws thus creating no lawful government.
"We have an application in fact in California of the existing government. It is not a lawful government in any respect and it is certainly not the government that was admitted into the union in the state's 1850 act of cession that formed the compact with the United States Congress which assured a republican form of government".
Establishing a corporation and abandoning their original 1849 Constitution provides an avenue for New California to exercise the creation of the Reorganized California State following the 1861 West Virginia precedent.
